Admissions

When your child has been offered and you have accepted a place at Buckholme Towers School, Registration and Conditions of Admission forms should be completed. These forms together with a copy of the child’s birth certificate and a non-refundable registration fee of £100 should be returned as soon as possible. Please note that a place is not guaranteed until we receive a full term’s fees in advance. You will then be notified that your child has a place for the correct year group in the school.

During the term before entry, your child will be invited to visit the school to meet the Form Teacher and the other pupils. You will be asked to complete a medical form, authorised absence slip and extra curricular activities form. You will also be asked for written confirmation of a recent medical examination. Enclosed with these forms will be a uniform list and information and a form regarding the School Fees Plan. The forms should be completed and returned to the School Administrator.

The Early Years grants are available at the present time to some 3 year olds and all 4 year olds. Buckholme Towers has been accepted into the scheme, therefore you are able to access the grant and use it as part payment towards school fees. You will be required to pay the full fees in advance, the school will then reimburse parents once it has received the grant from the council.
